After a 19 hour drive and a nights sleep... Hubs and I woke up starving with an empty fridge. So I went online, found Panera's online ordering service and placed an order. I jumped in the car drove to Panera and my order was waiting for me on the shelf as you walk in. Everything was there but our coffee cups. So I walked to the front and they handed me some. The food was absolutely delicious. I like that you can customize your order with the online ordering tool. I changed the bread the sandwich came on and added extra egg whites. Gotta get that protein. The location itself was very clean, and cute. I especially love the outdoor furniture. Panera is the best! Give it a try ;)
First off, I don't like their service. Walked in at 9:40am-ish, so many workers but none greeted or even looked at me. I went straight to the register with the food menu since there wasn't a line (not the pastry register to the left) and stood there for a long time waiting to get help and no one said anything to me, no greeting, no "can I help you?" NOTHING, so many workers walked by me! Then finally I walked away a bit and kept looking around until finally a girl said, "I can get you over here (at the pastry register)." Would've been nice if someone said that earlier. I wanted a nice, warm soup on this cloudy day but they don't serve soup until 10-10:30am?? Why is that? They open at 6am! A bit weird to me so I ended up getting a sandwich for $8something including tax. So expensive! Bad service Overpriced items Not a good start to my morning

Ahh panera bread. What can I say. There is a reason this place is a chain. It's goos. The bread is fresh and the soup hot. That being said... it's expensive and the prices has been increasing. If I was in this area I would go to a local sandwich shop and save about 3 dollars a person for the same type of sandwich

I LOVE this panera.. i'm always stuck on this side of town because i go to OCCC, so i'm here a lot. 12-2p is a zoo, but i have never seen a line get expedited so fast! big fan of fast service. and everyone is genuinely happy, signs of good management. store manager is very personable and stays in the middle of all the action. ive gotten to talk to him several times and i noticed how he makes rounds to greet customers at slower times and ask if everything's alright. .. love everything about this place, ill always be here:)

fresh breads, bagels, desserts, coffee, breakfast and lunch choices.... the sizes are smaller and more expensive than fast food..breakfast sandwich alone is about 4.99 but it is a healthy portion size and fresh. nice place alone, with a partner, or groups... it gets busy so not quiet in the mornings...my husband and i like to eat our bagels with coffee and just talk or read the newspaper. there were many competitors for these type of restaurants in texas so i didn't think much about this chain. then i moved here and this place has been a gem since i don't have many options.

This particular PB is always consistent. The only reason I go back is b/c of a colleague and the butter cookies. I can't get enough of their butter cookies!!! The overall prices are a bit high but the food is good nonetheless.

First thing you walk into every time is an extremely long line no matter the time of day. Staff giving you dirty looks like you are bothering them and should leave. Then you finally get to place your order with someone less than excited to help you. Good is typical panera food. If you have time take the extra trip to Old Time Bagel!! They are worth the drive. Much better food and feeling!!

Again here I am raving about a franchise. The Fontaga chicken sandwich, tortellini, French onion soup, and New England clam chowder are my favorites.
Definitely an older crowd in the mornings, but still a great place to grab a bite to eat or grab a table for some quiet wifi time. Not a fan of the coffee though...I prefer flavored coffee or at least flavored creamer and they have neither. Friendly staff and a good rewards program.

If you need a quick above fast food quality lunch, panera is your place. I enjoy the turkey avocado blt. Good flavor and it's basically 2 big sandwiches if you get the full. The people behind the counter are really nice. Unfortunately the floors were pretty dirty and it was very hot in the lobby.

Horrible service every time!! So slow, so pricey, out of baguettes and dinner rolls quite a lot! I really despise this location. They need better management! They have changed their tomato and mozzarella panini into some nasty flatbread with hardly any tomato or mozzarella!! So disgusting! We will never go back.

I have enjoyed going to Panera Bread over the years, but am getting disappointed with there changes to the menu and constant staff changes. A few years back they had a very tasty sandwich called the chicken bacon dijon panini ...I believe - and they discontinued that. Now my favorite cookie the chocolate duet is made into some cookie with a glop of cream filling and they are smaller. Ugh! No more $0.99 cent cookie for me ;(. The chicken taste funny as well. I hope there aren't a ton of preservatives being used. I enjoy all of the added items but stop taking the good stuff away especially for the prices!!! Time to start looking for another café to go to...

Is it me or did my favorite treats shrink?! I'd they are gonna shrink the size then they need to shrink the prices a bit. Meh.... I got the Chocolate Chip Muffie, Apple Crunch (it's itty bitty now) & a free coffee off of my card this visit. Blah blah blah munch munch munch.... Panera Bread shouldn't be dull at all & yet this visit feel like that at all. Where was the fresh bread smell? The upbeat, perky employees & not the ones herding cattle? The more variety pastries that were a bit heartier? This visit was blah that's all I can rant about now. They have good food, but need the warm café feel back to it or I may just scurry to The Bagel Café down the road.
